  Letter of Introduction

Although the foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals for funding, we do want to be sure that we are aware of the efforts you make to maximize the potential of children and youth in our community. We encourage you to review our Eligibility guidelines, Mission and Values, and Recent Grants list.

If you feel your organization may be a good fit, and there is no open RFP advertised under which you can formally apply, you may submit a Letter of Introduction by clicking on the button below. You may preview and print out this sample form in advance, to prepare your responses. When you are ready, simply click on the button below to complete and submit the form through our online system. You will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received.

We review all letters of introduction on a rolling basis, year round, for possible partnership opportunities now and in the future. Some, but not all submissions may be followed up with a personal reply and request for additional information, proposal and/or site visit. This submission is intended to be an introduction to your program, not a formal proposal for funding, so please do not consider this a 'pending' grant application for purposes of your fund development and budget planning.
